Do you want to increase your Trainer Level in Pokémon GO?  Well, good news! Here are all of the ways XP can be earned as a Pokémon Trainer in the real world.

In order to increase your Trainer Level in Pokémon GO, additional XP is a requirement. XP can be obtained in many different ways throughout your normal daily activities as a Pokémon Trainer.

We’ve put together a list of all of the ways to earn XP in order to raise your Trainer Level, so you can be the very best, like no one ever was!

Capturing a Pokémon

Pokémon Capture – 100 XP

New Pokémon Capture – 500 XP

Curveball Bonus – 10 XP

Nice Throw Bonus – 10 XP

Great Throw Bonus – 50 XP

Excellent Throws Bonus – 100 XP

Capture on the First Throw Bonus – 50 XP

Pokémon Runs Away – 25 XP

First Capture of the Day – 500 XP

Collector Bonus (100 captures of the same Pokémon) – 100 XP

Seven Day Capture Reward – 2,500 XP

Spinning a Pokéstop or a Gym

Spin a Photo Disc – 50 XP

First Photo Disc Spin of the Day – 500 XP

Spin a Brand New Photo Disc – 250 XP

Spin a 10th Unique Photo Disc in a Row – 100 XP

Spin a Brand New Photo Disc as the 10th Unique in a Row – 500 XP

Spin an Enemy Gym Photo Disc – 25 XP
